Decent bike, good service
I ordered a Fat Tyre E-Bike a few weeks ago. It's pretty good for getting around town, handles bumps well. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Had a quick question about the E-Bike Charger and the customer service got back to me the same day. Overall, a solid experience, no complaints.
Good quality, minor delivery snag
I bought the Cargo E-Bike for my daily errands and it's been fantastic. The build quality feels very sturdy, and it handles a decent load without any issues. Ordering was straightforward on their website. Delivery said 3-5 days, but it took 7 days to reach me in Manchester, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not a huge deal in the end. The bike arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. I did need to adjust the Hydraulic Disc Brakes a bit after unboxing, but that was easy enough with the included instructions. Very happy with the bike itself, it's exactly what I needed for getting groceries and carrying my gear. Would recommend, just factor in a few extra days for shipping sometimes.
